Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Sometimes a quick rethink or unexpected change can happen after placing an order. If you decide not to proceed, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or at any point before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
To begin the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team through email. Once we receive your request, our team will promptly verify the current status of your order. If the package has not yet been dispatched, your cancellation will be approved and processed.
For successfully canceled orders, the total amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are generally completed within 5 to 7 business days. We aim to ensure the experience remains simple, fair, and reassuring.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, and handed over for delivery, it moves beyond the cancellation stage. At this point, stopping the shipment is no longer possible.
